Jeffrey S. Yablon was born in Cheverly, Maryland, grew up on Long Island, NY and earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from The State University of New York at Binghamton in 1989. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree in 1992 from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in Huntington, New York. While studying at Touro, Jeffrey was on the staff of the Touro Law Review and served on the school’s admissions committee.
Jeffrey has been a practicing attorney in the state of Maryland since 1993. He established Huntington Title & Escrow in 2000 and has over 10 years experience in the title industry. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, the Maryland Land Title Association, the Maryland Homebuilders’ Association, and the Better Business Bureau. He also participates in many political, philanthropical, and religious organizations. |

David M. Kowitz was born in Baltimore, Maryland and grew up in Owings Mills, Maryland. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2001.
He has been a practicing attorney in Maryland since 2002. He joined Huntington Title and Escrow, LLC in 2005. David is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Associate, and Pennsylvania Land Title Association.
David’s Real Estate experience comprises of handling residential and commercial transactions through examination, review of title, including Bankruptcy matters. David has prepared countless documents for both simple and complex residential and commercial transactions. He conducts countless settlements for Huntington Title’s clients. |
